After the query directed at SHVbv as to whether they wanted to join us in our search for a reliable machine that is easy to operate and has a large platform cage with large capacity, SHVbv came up with the Railbuddy railway aerial work platform. Our project team at that time immediately requested 6 of these aerial track work platforms which we rented from SHVbv. The machines have since proven themselves and stand out because of their enormous reliability. We look back with great pleasure at the rewarding projects we have taken on with SHVbv and look forward to future planned projects.

We use the Railbuddy for new construction, maintenance, and repair of malfunctions of the overhead catenary system in the Netherlands and Belgium. Railbuddy is perfectly suited to the job in hand, a compact aerial platform with 400 kg capacity in the spacious platform cage. In addition to the renting of various machinery, SHVbv also takes care of maintenance and inspections, provides qualified personnel where necessary and also provides a complete transport service.

We use the Railbuddy aerial track work platforms on all our overhead catenary system projects but also in repair work on railway tunnels and viaducts. This machine can be used flexibly and ensures little downtime for our staff because the machines are always in top condition and have few or no malfunctions. Also, the 220v generator and the measuring pantograph are very handy.
